Ticket Refund Policy

Tickets are eligible for a refund up to 60 minutes prior to the showtime. There are no refunds after the showtime.

For tickets purchased online at theculvertheater.com, you can request a refund in-person at the theater or by emailing customerservice@theculvertheater.com or calling (424) 434-1770 at minimum 60 minutes prior to the showtime. Convenience fees cannot be refunded.

For tickets purchased at the theater, you will need to request a refund in-person at the theater prior to the printed showtime.

For tickets purchased through other ticketing agencies, guests must contact the agency directly prior to the showtime to request a refund. Refunds from ticketing agencies are subject to the refund policies of those agencies.
